Abstract
At the First Combined Convocation Ceremony of the University of Africa Toru-Orua (UAT), the presence of His Excellency, Senator Douye Diri, Governor of Bayelsa State and Visitor to the University, added profound significance to the occasion. As Visitor, Governor Diri serves as a ceremonial and strategic figure, embodying the link between the university and the state government.
